nah, it was implemented when server pop was around 30 at off peak hours. population dropped to 3-7 online at off hours.

Then came Kubark rumours, and population rose a bit, then came kumark confirmation and pop exploded to the point where its almost healthy now.

Imho it had nothing to do with global OOC... neither the drop in population following its release or the massive increase in population we just saw. People was bored with classic.

Now there is even two guilds and pvp happens occationally, so i predict a further increase in pop until people get bored of their iksar alts and pop starts to drop again 5-7 months into kufark... and it will have nothing to do with global OOC again.

I voted keep it with restrictions... but i doubt it ll change and its not a huge deal to me.
