Besides in reality no new guild took over considering TMO has emulated everything IB ever did.... try to monopolize the spawns no matter if they needed them or not, do a PR campaign, and when that didn't work adopt a guild to pad their numbers/boost the "positivity".

Im sure it has alot more with the BoTB and Kunark coming out (for anyone not in TMO Velious means we will have a shot at kunark content now).
