NPC Spawn Issue: West Commons: Scythe Beetle spawn

One of the West Commons scythe beetles that commonly paths along the sand near befallen currently has the graphic of a human male, scaled up about 50% or so.

Nor do I. But I don't remember scythe beetles having human graphics either :P
