It's the login server, not the server itself. Every time you zone it tries to re-verify your credentials; Obviously failing. The remaining people are either AFK or smart enough to stay where they are and keep grinding.

No. If it was the login server, every other server would have this issue. They don't. It's this server.

If it was the login server you couldn't log on to the EQ Emu to see any servers,

It's a problem specifically with P99.
