It is a historical fact that TMO's leadership has and always will be open to any reasonable discussion. Not accepting a proposal is not the same as refuting all dialogue.

Dracoliche is tracked and killed every spawn. Why is TMO's killing of that particular spawn morally incorrect, yet the others are not?
