Merchants: Ogguk Merchant Faction

Here's some data to add to this:

Troll SK, Inny worshipper. I have been working the factions fairly intensively with the following quests:
Lizard Meat http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=285
Factions Raised:
+ Clurg
+ Green Blood Knights
Factions Lowered:
- Shadowknights of Night Keep
- Storm Guard

I am now:
apprehensive to Ogre shadowknights
kindly to all guards inside Oggok
dubious to every merchant, except the two on except Clurg faction (kindly)

It took about 300 lizard meats to get out of dubious (SK guild)
It took about 40 lizard tails to get from dubious to kindly (guards)

Zero movement on the merchants.

I've recently started looking into this a little since I seem to recall being able to use the Ogguk vendors on my Inny worshiping troll shaman back in the day. In the PEQ database, the Merchants of Ogguk faction has the following modifiers:

Base: -1000
Race (Dark Elf): +900
Race (Troll): +900
Race (Ogre): +2000
Deity (Solusek Ro): -600

Everything not listed has a modifier of 0. This means that as a troll, you start with the base -1000 faction and add the +900 faction racial bonus for a net of -100 faction.

The faction rankings used in PEQ are as follows:

Ally: >= 1101
Warmly: 701 - 1100
Kindly: 401 - 700
Amiable: 101 - 400
Indifferent: 0 - 100
Apprehensive: -100 - -1
Dubious: -700 - -101
Threatenly: -999 - -701
Scowls: <= -1000

If P1999 is based on a modified version of the PEQ database, then it seems like a troll should be at least apprehensive to the Merchants of Ogguk. So, either something was changed in the Merchant of Ogguk faction modifiers or the faction ranking system, or the vendors are on the incorrect faction. If someone has killed a few of these guys on P1999 it may be useful to know what faction hits resulted. Alternatively, P1999 may not be based off the PEQ database at all for all I know, in which case disregard everything.
