I did actually think it sounded way off if a lvl 9 dot were to do 16dmg a tick, but i didn't check it before that link. explains it [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
Its definetly not pointless for a lvl 10-19 shaman. But yeah. Dots were always mana expensive for shamans. gets better at higher lvl's, but they also pack a pretty good punch of dps at most lvls on things where the dots get to do their full dmg. | ||
