This guy is a real pain in the ass to spawn.

Spent about a week killing Narra and everything up and down N/SW wall and he finally poppedh.

Kill Zephyl if you want to loot the robe, his PH is easy to find and the spawn is only 7 minutes.

Killing Qwinn really fucking sucks for players that actually do the quest.
