Not that I do that kind of thing....
Uh... But if you use encrypted p2p you can avoid bittorrent throttling, because it wont know that your using bt. Another option is it use proxy servers, which can be a little slower... .... Just kind of heard that somewhere.... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] | ||

You could try to get and use an IronKey or try connecting using a free Tor client. This might help you get around some of the blocking going on.
