That doesn't equate at all. Naming a character in a fake game - worst case someone gets butthurt. Burning people = murder. If nothing else, at the very least it's illegal to kill people =P. We're talking about censorship on names, not actions in the real world.

No, I'm saying his argument was based on censorship in a game, saying they shouldn't censor, then followed it up with saying "except when I think it's okay to censor". Hence, it was contradictory.

My response to you was that your metaphor was a straw man, and I just kinda screwed up trying to point that out. It felt like the old "Oh, you're reading a book? Well you know who else read books? HITLER. Therefore, you're as bad as Hitler" argument.

It'd also be beneficial if you'd quit with trying to be "high and mighty". Then again, this is the internet, and everyone has to have an attitude it seems.
