DIABLO 3 FX video HELP

When I installed D3, it said my card wouldn't work for the game, yet I run it fine with lower settings. Not sure of the exact error I got, but it only said it the once.

How does one go by lowering the settings before you can get ingame?

the option bar on the patch/play screen only shows reset game pref
then downloader pref and parental control s

with test server and another faded out below

only other thing is the info and help button them the play button
