Another round of Login Server problems

I can log in to other servers, but not to the blue server.
Blue has been showing 20 on the server, decreased from earlier 32.
So, either the login server is unhappy with blue, or blue is busted.
My bet is blue is busted and needs restart - can this be done?

*cough* what are the chances of getting double exp out of this hahaha =) i think it really help bring some people back to the population and get leveling again.

As much as I am a stickler for keeping all things classic, this should be a standard - for as long as they wait to fix this bug which is not new, the subsequent result should be double xp for two days every time it happens.
