Quest Issue: Doran Vargnus/Knight Card

Still broken as of 11/23. As this was one of the quests that justified the translocators, I think it should work.

Aeolwind made a statement in one of the translocator threads that he is in the process of making the quest. We didn't expect Rogean to get the server up so quick so he didn't have time to finish the script.

Yeah, the quest will have almost 1000 different rewards, so it isn't small lol.

Just tried it again tonight and he still just hands me back the Knight Card without the reward.
