Test raising the XP.... server is already on it's last breath

I'm very much for the journey of EQ. I could log in and just group up wherever and enjoy the grind, farming items and shooting the shit. The problem now is you can't do those things with low pop, so I am in favor of at least testing hot zones and a prolonged exp bonus to get people playing again. If we can close the gaps in levels so theres more people able to group, it will make the server more appealing for everyone.
