Game Mechanics: Faction hits and sorting.

Further clarifying: negative values are treated as positives when sorting

Just using process of elimination here, I think amax is right that the factions should be listed in descending order of the absolute value of the faction hit (it can't be from highest to lowest or lowest to highest because a negative hit appears between two positive hits in that screenshot, and it can't be in alphabetical order as that screenshot also shows). This would make sense since that automatically puts the NPC's main faction first, and it seems consistent with all the evidence shown.

Notice that they all have the "spacing" that was patched, (e.g., Coalition Trade Folk Ill vs. CoalitionTradeFolkIll). I don't know when that patch came in.
