Weapon skill, instruments, defense skill; this issue is rather crippling to non-maxed characters. This is doubly bad given the current population concerns. I hope a fix is forthcoming soon as it's already been busted for almost a month. On a level 20 test character, I had a level 16 mob hitting it for 15 minutes straight without a single defense skill-up at 100 agility (defense 97). This is the sort of glitch that can and will strangle what remains of the low-mid level playerbase.

Yeah i noticed after i dinged 60 my monk's skills didnt go up.. i was concerned...

am concerned.
