Uthgaard and spaceships

ye started pvping once again. now that im good at scanning, i have alot more confidence. found a miner out in lowsec, nom nom. hit so fast im not even sure if he used his weapon, although i was orbiting him at 500 meters doing about 800-900 m/s.

much more fun to scan down mission runners and salvage their stuff
