sounds similar to the issue both Kinamur and I am having.
Even then for me, that character that was zoning will sometimes hang EQ upon clicking 'enter world' for him and require yet another restart. A number of people are experiencing an acute onset of this issue, so I am beginning to wonder if its not something more than just a multicore or wineq fix.
