Just had a question in response to this:

As before, each guild has 2 hours to complete their Ragefire kill. ...

Currently ragefire is bugged and hasn't spawned within the first 72 hours of his window. In this case, is the guild whose turn it is expected to still track for ragefire, in case he magically pops before naggy dies again? Or is it assumed that its window won't reopen until after naggy dies, so if it were to magically spawn before naggy, would the 2 hour rule still be enforced?
