As explained in the dozen of other threads created on this same subject:

SECRETS IS NOT AND HAS NOT IN OVER A YEAR BEEN A GM OR HAD ANY SORT OF ACCESS TO PROJECT 1999 CSR DATA.

Get it straight. Thanks.

So secrets is not a GM on project1999, but still can search for account information via his eqemulator dev status, can ban characters on project 1999 by using his eqemu status (HE DID THIS, he bragged about it) and still isn't even forum banned for posing RL info on these forums?

Whats the difference.

He can not ban accounts on Project 1999.

If he is a dev on EQEmulator then it is something you take up with EQEmulator and I'm sure appropriate action will be taken there, but this is not the right place to do so.

http://www.eqemulator.net is where you need to go.
