I quit playing before kunark even came out and I have no interest in it. I'm not really even sure where you got this out of what I wrote. Crying about OOC? Not really. I like it the way it is.

And as long as Nilbog is reading, is light blue cons in the same boat as the shared bank GUI? In other words, is there even a way to reverse engineer that out?

Not my field of expertise. Bug report it as game mechanics with how it should/should not work and we'll see if it can be fixed.
