I can't think of anything obviously super shitty so I'll go with a couple "popular" games that I thought were craptastic:

Fallout 3 - mostly because I ran into so many bugs while playing through my progress became seriously hampered. Also because the game was just boring as shit. I wasn't too thrilled about the game, and then I got to a part in the storyline where some dude is murdered and you can loot his body. I received a key to the town's armory. Fuck yeah, of course I'm gonna go check out the armory. Except that if you enter, some super droid follows you and kills you over and over again in one shot. Essentially you're punished without warning for entering the armory by never being able to enter that town again without dying. Fuck you, Fallout 3. Also a major part of the combat system was "pausing" the game so you could get headshots while everything was frozen. Like, what the fuck is the point of a first person shooter that you can just pause whenever you want and own shit at your leisure? At that functionality was sold as a "feature." Dumb, dumb, dumb game.

Dragon Age: Zzzzzzzzzzz. I don't even remember what the fuck happened in this abomination. I do remember that I never once had fun playing it.

Final Fantasy X - I was super pumped for this game because I loved IX. To say I was disappointed was an under statement. Combat was dumbed way the fuck down, the equipment system was terrible (you can just use the same items from beginning to end, nbd), level sphere grid shit was stupid, not 1 single character who didn't annoy the fuck out of me, and a laughably terrible storyline topped off with a laughably terrible ending. An abortion of a game. The only good thing about this game is that it gives me a clear indicator of intelligence. Ask someone if they liked FFX and if they say yes then they are clearly an idiot and not worth any more of your time.

Final Fantasy XII - I didn't think it could get worse than X. I was wrong. At least FFX attempted to have interesting characters and failed, FFXII just didn't characterize anyone. FFX attempted to have a good story and failed, FFXII just didn't bother with a story. FFX attempted to have an interesting combat system and failed, FFXII just let you set up gambits and masturbate while your characters auto-cleared dungeons.

hahaha all of this is QFT. FFX and FFXII were horrible games.

10/10 awesome post.

Kingdom Hearts 2 was probably the worst game I ever played. I played it for only 20 minutes before putting down the controller in disgust, and eating some ice cream.
