Check your resolution, change it to be fullscreen in the file.

i'm guessing i need to change something here?:
[VideoMode]
WindowedWidth=1440
WindowedHeight=900
Width=800
Height=600
WidthWindowed=800
HeightWindowed=600
FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32
FullscreenRefreshRate=0

what do i change? lol
