Because they don't want to bail out a guild that wanted to challenge (invite? challenge?) another guild to a PvP event AND went to the trouble of binding themselves in the arena?

As to the title of the thread- really? If anyone thought IB was "cleaning up its act," was a PvP event the best way to test this idea?

A pvp event does not consist of corpse camping naked players until they log. That's just being assholes for the sake of each others entertainment.

I know all of IB wasn't there, and those that weren't, I'm sorry your guildmates are such assholes but you are judged by the company you keep.

IB did not come for a pvp event, they came to grief as evidenced by every one of the responses by the guilty parties. Look at their screenshots, they're sitting at the zone in. What else is there that needs to be said?

This thread is pretty hilarious.

Also, why is the response to someone having more time to play than you "Get a life"? I am just curious, cuz for me, having a lot of time to do leisurely things like get my video game on, would be a much happier life to live than having to work 87 hours a week to come home to my 13 screaming brats and annoying nagging wife that never shuts the fuck up when I want to play Everquest... Just saying. You guys go on with your badass lives. Of course I'm sure a good number of the people on this server are limited in their EQ time being busy sleeping with the 7 model girlfriends they are juggling, driving their Ferraris, and being the center of all social interaction in their hometown.

Corpse camping people is a pretty dick move in EQ with its long zone timers and inability to do a gd thing when you pop up naked and with no spells. That is not saying I wouldn't laugh my ass off at any nerd rage encouraged by such behavior!
