This game is not intuitive at all really. There's a lot of nuance you have to learn as well as commands, maps, quests, npcs, where to buy shit, what to buy, where to level, etc. I tried teaching my friend how to play and he more or less quit because it was "hard" for an mmo, so he's playing guildwars lol. I'd suggest taking a look at the p99 wiki for starters. welcome btw.
