Just FYI gm's don't do shit in the event of in game scam for non RMT account transfers, or MQ's. So if this guy did scam someone he would not be banned.

While this was true in Live, our GMs take a dimmer view of utter assholes here. If you provide screens of people agreeing to a deal and then they renege on it, you can petition the GMs to force them to abide by the terms of the original bargain.

lol so if i agree to buy an item for 10k then find one for 8k after telling the original seller i'd buy his...then GM's gonna make me pay 10k? (free bump)
