The more you restrict what people can do, the less fun it becomes. Deleveling a guy 6 levels is not something i would do.
But 99% chances its the guys fault (unless his house is on fire, which citychamp admitted is not what happened) and citychamp can always try to get his guildmates to give some payback. Thats what made Rallos great, PKs and anti-pks going at it. That guy who deleveled citychamp is like "the evil wizard" that the "good guys" have to slay so that bilbo can write his book. | ||
