I will say that if someone uses memblur to try to snipe FTE and fuck up the encounter logs I am going to ladle out nice long suspensions. So don't do it.

Please don't misunderstand: I'm not saying that i'm going to suspend people for using it in VP to grief. that's a no GM involvement zone (for raid disputes) I wish people wouldn't use it but i won't say you can't.

That brings me to this point:

Twice this week I have told people not to do things in VP that are exploits. Both times the attitude i was met with was: "There is no GM involvement here. so we can exploit" I realize you are trying to be smart asses about the memblur thing. I don't really care. If I warn you about an exploit and tell you not to use it then the proper response is "Yes Amelinda." not, "BUT THERE IS NO GM INVOLVEMENT IN VP!"

see, that red text seems like using memblur to completely heal a target (when it shouldn't) is exploiting game mechanics.

My bad it was so long ago I thought I remembered you saying you had logs showing fte before the memblur (like you retrieved them prior to). Either way the intent was still the same with you saying we had fte prior to.

Also, Amelinda---if there is a bug --that in the bug report thread states will be fixed in a coming patch, wouldn't using that KNOWN bug be an exploit?

And shifitin you are accurate about encounters logs.... just not FTE. You have no evidence of FTE just talendor shouting.

As in, once Qadosx memblurred off our fight, you may be shown to have FTE. Any FTE logs previous to the memblur do not exist, as you claimed.
