The point of me saying this is because there was nobody at the camp when I got there, benjy comes Back and claims the camp is his and killsteals 5 or 6 mobs that we pull. Cc is not a big deal we arrived at the camp, he wasn't there, he comes back and decides it is his camp. M

If you were in the right and the camp was indeed yours, why did 2 members of your group apologize to Benjy? It sounds to me like half your group agreed it was Benjy's camp after all.
