I'm starting to understand why some of the posters seem so clueless about EverQuest and immature in general. They're little kids who didn't play live and they're having tantrums. The whole "ten year old content" meme appears to be analogous to throwing the controller and announcing that a game sucks when you lose.

I won't be responding to either of these children anymore. Their parents can babysit them. While they sit at Vox. AFK. AFK a little bit too long. Then try to train. And fail at that too. Etc.

I understand EQ perfectly. Yea it can be fun to re-live the nostalgia but the game shows it's age terribly. A lot of the flaws that people forgot about are glaring. The fact that the mechanics on this server are all fucked up make it even worse.

I look at you just like I would look at some loser still playing quake and thinking it's 1999 again. Or the weird Sam Dethwalker type who takes a game way too seriously that shouldn't be taken so seriously because it's not relevant anymore. Like the basement dwellers still trying to relive the glory days of AC Darktide server or something, completely clueless that time has passed them by.

Raiding the classic content is shits and giggles. It's kind of cool to relive the old content. This sick game you guys play is beyond the pale though. I'm sorry to say but nobody is jealous of your bone razors or something. People just wanted to hang out with their friends and re-live a little classic content. this mentality you guys bring to the server is ruining what was supposed to be a great place to enjoy some EQ nostalgia.

There wasn't guilds barging into planes in real classic calling timers. There wasn't mob variance. There weren't trackers who were bound in the planes. There were not all these ridiculous rules over spawns. On most servers guilds generally respected each other and left everyone alone to enjoy their raids in peace. That doesn't happen here. It's become this sick twisted obsession over loot that doesn't even mean anything. Pixels that had some prestige in 1999. Not in 2010.

You look like a 50 year old man and here you are, on these forums, acting weird and creepy over this old ass content. Your level of passion over 10 year old yesterday's news dragons is laughable. I guess being someone's trackbitch gives you some level of purpose in your pitiful life.
