I play this minecraft server, which is a "hardcore" pvp server, where you can destroy everything thats not been protected by a clan, steal everything you can, etc...

People can get together, form a clan and pay for a city which then renders the blocks unbreakable, but cities must have entry points.

Minecraft isnt all that, but this is the best server i found, beats playing alone.

Forum jump, read news, make posts, program (hobby of mine).

I don't like to join groups because don't have time to relax. Too much rushing. But every once in a while I find someone who's ok with afking and so on. Is nice to see that when it happens.

This game would be better if we could somehow increase downtime in return for increased experience. For example, I might play for 30 minutes with 200% experience bonus, but for the next 30 minutes after I'd be medding and AFK. Why is this a good idea? Because then I have a reason not to play too much, yet I'd get a similar amount done. For somebody who doesn't want any downtime they would just normal experience.

For that reason, I like those web-browser games where you make your moves once per day. Those are great for people who like to do multiple things in a given day. It doesn't demand you play for 4 hours straight.

Besides, a lot of the sh** we do in games is just grinding anyway. 4 hours of grinding, yahooo!! Every game I've ever played eventually becomes a grind. The gameplay might not have artificial time sinks (like medding or corpse runs), but the endless clicking and repetitive strategies and sameness of things becomes a grind. I don't think there's an ultimate answer. Games eventually become boring no matter what's done.

I don't ever foresee myself being able to do long stretches like I used to. In fact, there was a time I couldn't even tab out of the game I was playing because windows or the game would crash. But I think I also played more because I was younger and didn't have anything else on my mind other than school and girls.

I think our brain naturally wants to do multiple things, not one thing. It's instinct.

Its nice for what it is, i was talking more as a pvp experience that it isnt all that, because its a twitch game and the twitch isnt really up to par.

Still fun though.

I recommend server to anyone who plays minecraft and has wanted to try pvp, its the best ive found out there.
