I voted yes. Harsher punishment is the only way to put a stop to the trains and chain bind rushing CT to start the deathtouch script over and over.

Right now, people train all the time, knowing they will only be caught for maybe 1 in 30 trains, and then that will result in a couple days suspension to maybe a week.

Thats worth it, thats CRIME THAT PAYS.

Why dont people box? (well most people) because its not worth it. You box for several real life days over a the course of a toons life, chances are you are going to be caught and there is no going back, your toon is gone. That is a CRIME THAT DOES NOT PAY.

Harsher (very harsh) punishment is needed to put a stop to the anti-social behavior going on red99 that will result in a population death spiral.
