there is no cs interference as far as trains and raid targets go in vp.
we will step in if someone decides to be a dumbass and ninja loot
if you lose your corpse in VP and can't get it summoned or whatever then once it rots we will summon it to zone in for you. but you have to wait that whole week for it to rot.

that's been the rules since the beginning. i see no 'fucked up shit' here.
