Oddly enough you can Overwrite Mesmerization (lvl16 AoE) with Mesmerize (lvl4 Single Target), but not with Enthrall (lvl16 Single Target).
Then, once it is Mesmerized with Mesmerize (lvl4), you cant overwrite it with Enthrall (lvl16). Someone also said this problem exists with our Weaken line of spells (-agi -str), but i havn't tested that yet. So if your going to use the AoE mez, your going to have to use the lvl4 mez and just reapply it a lot... since it has a short duration. At least until this is fixed.
