They really need to clearly define what is allowed and what is not allowed before they think about opening planes. That's going to be a shit storm of epic proportions. No room for vague rules.

That's fine with me.

We need to know what is legal and what isn't so no GM's pop there head in and start banning people for vague shit.

What's more likely, is the only rule will be "No training".

This leaves a lot of grey area and the GM's will have to interpret and enforce the however they decide to. We need a clear list of what is allowed and what is not allowed.
