Rate Limit on Tells

It's very low... i have to continue conversations in AIM half the time. Someone suggested possibly making it only for characters like level 5 and below if possible which I think is a very good idea if it's possible to put a level restriction.

Have had several conversations already and have not had this happen.
I could just be getting lucky though.
My only suggestion would be to slow it down a bit with your /tells.

I cant send more then 2 tell within 30 seconds talking to someone, and when your a really fast typer like myself it kicks in way too often.

Is there anyway to make the rate limit spam by it being sent through Shift + Up to repeat, not a freshly typed respond/tell? That way it will prevent the spammer, not the regulars?

I was in the middle of cybering w/ my EQ GF while idle in CB earlier today and man it was terrible. As soon as the conversation starts to get all steamy BAM 39 sec rate limit. WTF is that? This is really killing my immersion >:(
