Quest Issue: Glacier Bear / Ice Bone Skeleton Spawn Times

I killed the ice bones, and instead of porting out and coming back 8 hours later, I waited on a lark, and sure enough, the spawn time is set to like 10 minutes or something. This makes the glacier bear very easy to spawn. This directly contradicts the numerous horror stories listed on alla replies from as early as 2000.

Also, I never saw a level 45+ wandering lich. Coincidence or ??

Actually I think it's 7h 20m (I used to specialize in tracking the GB spawns for my guildies) like clockwork after the skellies died, 10m is way not Classic! The Lich, as I recall, was kind of variable and I certainly didn't go looking for him if he didn't wander by!
