Global ooc or chat is important for the community, right now i feel like i could play a single player game just as much as playing red99.

Back in 1999 this wasn't a problem since there was around 50+ players in every zone, you always had someone to group/talk with, this isn't the case on red99.

I don't see the issue of having "players reporting my locations in ooc" as a problem, bring it on. I want the fight, and the more people know about it, the more people will enjoy the game.

Looking at the big dragon fight that was a few days ago with holocaust vs nihlium that would have been awesome for the server if ooc was open, all the newbies can see things are going down people are engaging and raging, making people want to get up there cause shit is happning.

Right now everyone is just sitting in their own corner listening to windtunnel.wav getting depressed, and pretty much anyone new to the server will never get to know the community without global ooc.

However i am all in favor for making it an option, like /join channel #globalooc" so people who cant "handle some shit talk" can just stay away and enjoy their immersion with seafoam.wav

Summarize wall of text: Global ooc, AMERICA FUCK YEAH (yes)
