I was fine and board with most of the points given in this thread until you Holo guys started acting like we were the "bad guys" for binding in SolB. It's certainly legal, certainly not an exploit, and certainly has its pros and cons. Bkab, you for one bound at Nagafen and trained him on us at least twice (be it unintentionally or intentionally). Anyways, as I stated in another thread, I'm all for city-only binding.
