error about the instruction at suchandsuch referenced memory at suchandsuch

After some searching I found a thread from a little while back where I think the guy was experiencing a similar problem. One of the fixes suggested was to edit some things in the eqclient.ini file in order to change them back to normal. I cant seem to find the eqclient.ini file though. Does anybody know where it's located?
