Doesn't look like a normal bicep to be honest. Like i said, rock in a tube sock.

That's not an elbow facing the ceiling, or that would be a forearm muscle. There's no way the top of the picture is a forearm either.

And there's no tricep. The tricep should at least be as big as the bicep if not bigger.

What do you mean theres no tricep? thats the inside of my right arm.with the elbow facing up just like anyone would flex thier arm.
