RE: First day you can file is January 15th, nice try...secondly if your doing your taxes based on your last pay stub prepare to be audited this is a red flag to the IRS, as they run your social security # through their database on a state level the day you file..if your company has not sent out your w2 your screwed.
your company doesnt send out your W2's till jan 30th at the latest and they are not goign to give you a W2 on the 1st business day of the year because they want to cover their own ass.
