I did a ride from Brooklyn to Columbia NJ last June, it was much more difficult than the half marathon I had done a few weeks prior.

Off topic are you doing TM this year, I signed up for the one at the end of April in Allentown PA so my training regiment has to kick into overdrive soon.

I'm currently training for the 2012 New Bedford Half Marathon though.

Will be my first actual race that is a half marathon. I've ran 13 miles before obviously, just not in an official sense.

I did my first Tough Mudder last April at Allentown, did every obstacle and completed it in 4hr 20min, that was ~12.1 miles on ski slope. Then I had my first half marathon, the NJ Marathon in Long Beach NJ, finished in 2hr5min (not good but my first official run). Then I had my birthday bike ride from Brooklyn, which took like 6-7 hours (including lunch stop and tire blowout).

Doing the same schedule this spring. What time are you shooting for in the half mara?

Not really shooting for a time. I can't train like I did last year, working twice as much. I'm just doing it for the sake of doing it. I just like to run, bike, climb, etc. I try to do as much of it as I can. I have a feeling I'm going to lose all the free time to do this shit once my son is born :\

This may just be a forum, but your inability to form relationships even here suggests you are socially crippled in many ways.

You can pretend not to care after you rage all you want. This isn't a new act on the internet.
