Sounds like this is resolved.
I was even spamming Alliance on mobs in Hate last night (using glamor rod) to see if I could generate any aggro... yeah I was bored. I did not get a single resist, even from golems and none of them aggroed me.
It seems like some people just missed the patch when this was fixed and assumed it's still broken when it isn't?
Unless somebody can confirm that something broke since the latest patch this should be moved to resolved.
