When you quote scientific journals and article, you find them as close to the current date as possible. What you just cited is almost completely irrelevant.

Reread the first sentence of the article, b. It says inclusion into the DSM-V. Also, the DSM-IV-TR was published in 2000 and the article was written in 2008. So ya, basically your entire quote is wrong. But I'm probably still a dumb bitch.
Back on topic, many users of these message boards may even unwittingly dispense false and even harmful information. There is no way to "fact check" every post on a message board.
