Anon - What's the point?

I might just have to play one of these classes that are forced to go Anon because of the flood of tells to find out first hand. My guess is that it is a bit exaggerated.

He isn't wrong. I sit in ECommons quite often as a druid high enough to have the best buffs for our class. I still only get mabye 5-6 different people sending me tells asking for buffs, ports, or PLs. Occasionally if I buffed one person they send multiple tells and come back to refresh DS and such.

It isn't that bad really.

I played a druid from around jan-mar 2010 and i always got flooded with port and buff tells when i wasn't /role or /anon.

I haven't played once since, but i imagined it would be similar. I suppose the lower end population has pretty much died out tho compared to then
