Neither is Harvest, Ice Comet quest, or name changes. They also banned people who were caught exploiting pathing on classic.

Do you already have your second account at 50, because you would be the first person banned as visible in multiple screenshots you posted.

As for the name change, they did not change names on PvP servers. If you were an ass hole from level 1-50, you had a reputation for life. You could not just request a name change.
