How about we take this opportunity to step back and realize that this is an undesirable situation to repeat and re-implement the rotation with a, say, 7 hour maximum mob up time before it's deemed FFA.

Oh, and a gentleman's agreement to use FTE on FFA with no training wouldn't hurt either.
