Quest Issue: Footman's Voulge

In Neriak, on Red server.
I did the turn and got the item fine.
However the quest gave no exp at level 7 (ie stayed at 98%) a DE SK.
This seem strange as sites like AllaKhazam describe a huge exp at low level.

This quest is one of the best if your a warrior non dark elf. You can bring up your faction up enough to train here! And you also get a HUGE bunch of exp if you do this at lower levels. The caps cost about 1.5pp sometimes from merchants. But well worth it for the faction. I'm past indifferent already and can train with dark elves. I'm an Ogre by the way LvL 7 to 8 just handing in the caps.

All in all there seems to more data on the faction hits if you read the first few comments, than on the exp.
