Yes Cymbal, if you want to complete one of the highest rituals of the Heretics of Paineel, I suggest you get in good with them first.
You may fool many of the current citizens, but you can't trick a child of Cazic Thule himself into thinking you are a true Heretic deep in the wisdom of Fear and Terror..... (Paineel/Heretics being worked on, but your combo is/will be KOS regardless without proper faction work. Please make sure you have the proper faction before attempting quests.) | ||
